- Payments to be made by cheque, cash, paypal, or direct deposit. Personal cheques are not accepted. A discount of 5% will be applied if 100% of total job is paid as the down payment.
- ALL quotations are valid for 30days, unless otherwise stated.
- A minimum deposit of 50% must be paid before job is started and the balance due upon completion of job.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Designs will not be released to client until 100% of costing is paid and designs are approved and signed off by client.
- Costing is affected by the quantity of paper used, the amount of printing to be done, the quality of paper used, and the type of accessories used. By manipulating these elements we can increase or decrease costing.
- Unit costs are based on the quantity of printed items ordered. If there is a change in the quantity, there is a change in the unit cost.
- For wedding items, costing includes the printing of 1 sample of item. As changes are made to the item, an additional cost is applied for the printing of additional samples.
- To remove the "design by www.nightvisionmedia.com", it will be at an additional cost of JA$5000.00.
- Costing subject to market prices.
- Designs produced by Night Vision Media Ltd. are automatically used as samples and for demonstration purposes only. If the client does not want their designs to used as such, a formal request will have to be submitted via email.
- Couple Slideshow is FREE only on the condition that two(2) other wedding products listed on our Company Profile Page are purchased. Client is limited to only one song and a maximum of 50 photos for the slideshow. Photos are to be submitted via email, by using the Night Vision Media Ltd. FTP site, or drop off CD at 21/2 Kensington Crescent.
- A consultation charge is applied each time a meeting is set with the client, with the exception of when items are to be delivered. No charge is applied to the first consultation.
- Delivery charges are as follows:
Pick up at Night Vision Media Ltd.: No Delivery Charge Applied.
Delivered to your location: Delivery Charge Applied. FedEx, DHL, and other courier services available.
Pick up at printery: 100% downpayment on design work required for this option. Some items do not qualify for this option.
- Please note: Failure to submit information required from client by the deadlines indicated might result in the late delivery of items, or the quantity of items delivered being less than the quantity ordered. The costing remains unchanged if the client fails to meet the deadlines set in their contract.
